New Steps really helped me get my life in order again!
A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I couldn't have asked for a better place. My sessions were excellent especially the group ones and they had a way of letting me speak even if I don't want to.So far I have never encountered any therapist like the one I had,so cool, learned and very receptive. Thanks guys
When I first got here, I hated the place because all they wanted me to do was talk about my feelings; and, I’m not that type of person. The staff and me always clashed heads, I never wanted to stay in groups ,and I hated my therapist because he wanted me to talk about my stuff. But, when I finally did talk about my feelings, things really changed a lot; and, I gotta say if it weren’t for them, I could not be this happy in my life. They really helped, and I am so happy I stayed as long as I did. I love everyone that helped me while I was there
